Claim proposal

The draft contains the diagnostic study and a separate acute-airway inhalation-treatment entry for the same bronchodilator administration. The justification is that a medication was administered, although the record identifies its purpose as part of the diagnostic study.

Product distinction

The learner must evaluate the administration inclusion independently of any medication-product line. A separately reportable product, when supported, does not prove that an additional administration service occurred. Review the actual work rather than the drug’s possible uses in other clinical settings.
